Are you passionate about football player development? Do you thrive in high-performance environments and want to help shape the future of young students? Newbury College is seeking a dedicated Talent Team member to support the Football Academy Oxford.
You will be assisting training sessions, preparing teams for competition and ensuring the football development of all players in the academy.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with Football Academy Manager & Head Coach on training sessions.
- Plan, prepare, deliver and evaluate training and coaching programme under the direction of the Academy Manager
- Ensure that you are well briefed about any special needs of the participants involved i.e. medical condition/disabilities, injuries
- Take responsibility for ensuring that the equipment is correct and is kept in good working order
- Support with the management and organisation of travel plans
You will have:
- HNC in Sport
- FA Playmakers award
- Level 2 Maths and English
- Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport (desirable)
