Industry Placement Coordinator T-levels
Hours: 30 Hours per Week / 38 Weeks per Year
Salary: £17,345 Actual / £25,436 FTE

Do you have experience in working with employers and education providers to deliver high-quality work placements? If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the role of T Level industry placement coordinator.
T Levels are new technical qualifications for 16 to 19 year olds in England, which combine classroom learning with a meaningful industry placement. As a T Level industry placement coordinator, you will:
• liaise with employers and education providers to identify and secure suitable industry placements for T Level students
• ensure that industry placements meet the quality standards and learning objectives set by the government and the relevant sector
• provide guidance and support to employers, education providers and students throughout the placement process
• monitor and evaluate the progress and outcomes of industry placements
• report on the impact and benefits of industry placements for employers, education providers and students

Criteria
• Level 2 English and Maths
• a good understanding of the T Level programme and the requirements of industry placements
• excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
