As Head of Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic vision, academic excellence, and innovative growth of our higher and adult provision. You will lead a talented team committed to delivering exceptional learner outcomes while building strong links with local industries, communities, and education partners.
What You’ll Do:
Lead on Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and teacher education programmes to implement our new "Super 7" Pedagogy Strategy, ensuring all learners have access to excellence in education and excellence in support
Drive curriculum areas within the faculty, leading on the planning and implementation of an ambitious curriculum across all provision types that meets the needs of stakeholders and prepares learners well for their next steps
Cultivate a high-performance culture that supports both staff and students
