Programme Leader Adult Provision

37 hours per week / 52 Weeks per year

£29,236 Actual

Newbury college is looking to recruit a Programme leader for our Adult provision; You will be responsible for the efficient and effective development, management and co-ordination of programmes funded under the adult education budget. You will work closely with our team of lecturer and assessors to ensure that our programmes are delivered to the highest standard.

The Successful candidate will have

  •  Experience of AEB funded programmes
  •  Experience of working in an FE environment
  •  Level 2 In English and Maths
  •  Safeguarding training

It would be beneficial to have

  •  Assessor Qualification
  •  PGCE or Cert Ed or Equivalent
  •  Internal Verification Qualification
  •  Management Qualification
  •  Relevant degree or Level 4 Qualification
